Who we are
Growix is a growth partner founded in 2025. We partner with venture-backed startups, scaling teams, and established brands to design, build, and run the systems they need to grow. We operate worldwide, remote-first, with primary markets in the United States and Europe.
What we do
We deliver integrated growth systems across six divisions: Technology & IT Infrastructure, Software Development & Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing & Growth, Human Resources & Talent Solutions, Business & Strategic Consultancy and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Our model replaces fragmented vendor relationships with a single accountable team that understands the whole picture.
How we engage
Every engagement begins with a structured Discovery phase before any strategy or execution. We don't skip steps. Engagements are scoped, priced, and structured transparently — with clear deliverables, owners, and success criteria.
Our standards
We do not fabricate results, invent testimonials, or present placeholder work as real. We are honest about our stage as a young company. We hold ourselves accountable to the outcomes we commit to, not just the deliverables we ship.
Communication
Clients communicate directly with the team responsible for the work. There are no account managers insulating you from the people building your system. Decisions are documented. Feedback is acted on.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We do not disclose details of engagements without explicit written consent. NDAs are available on request and standard for all client relationships.
Intellectual property
Work product created for clients transfers fully to the client upon final payment. We retain no rights to client-specific IP. Where third-party tools or frameworks are used, licensing terms are disclosed upfront.
Disputes
We resolve disputes through direct conversation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, we follow the dispute process outlined in the relevant engagement agreement. We do not litigate without first attempting mediation.
