Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Growix website (growix.com) or engaging Growix for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
Growix provides services across technology & IT infrastructure, software development & AI, digital marketing, HR & talent, strategic consultancy and business process outsourcing as described in individual engagement agreements. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Intellectual property
All work product created specifically for a client transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. Growix retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and tools. Third-party software or assets used in client work are subject to their respective licences, which will be disclosed in the engagement agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement. We will not disclose client information to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.
Payment
Fees and payment schedules are defined in the engagement agreement. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in that agreement. Late payments may incur interest as outlined in the agreement. Growix reserves the right to pause work on unpaid accounts.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growix's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date. Deliverables completed and paid for are transferred to the client.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute content from this site without permission. We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
