Careers at Growix

Build the system,
not the fragment.

Growix is a growth studio founded in 2025, running technology, software, marketing, HR, and strategy as one system. We keep a small set of tracks permanently open and hire when we meet the right person — not when a requisition allows it.

Why here

Small studio.
Wide surface.

Most studios hire you into a lane. You do the marketing, someone else does the product, and a project manager stands between you and anyone who could tell you whether the work landed. That structure is comfortable and it is why so much agency work is forgettable.

Growix runs the whole stack for a client, which means the person doing your job here sees the entire engagement — the technology decision that constrains the product, the product decision that shapes the campaign, the campaign result that changes the strategy. You will not be protected from that context. You will be expected to use it.

We are new, and we are honest about what that means. There is no long client list to inherit and no established process to hide inside. What there is: real ownership from your first engagement, direct access to the people making decisions, and a studio whose standards are still being set — by the people who join now.

Remote-first, worldwide

No office to relocate to. We hire wherever the work is best served, and we mean it.

Written-first

Decisions live in documents, not in meetings you had to attend to understand.

One team, no silos

Engineers sit with strategists. Marketers see the product. Nobody works behind a wall.

Full-time or project

Both are real here. Some tracks suit a permanent seat; others suit a specialist on a scope.

How we work

Six things that
are true here.

Read these as a filter, not a pitch. If most of them sound like the way you already prefer to work, the rest of this page is worth your time.

01

Own outcomes, not tickets

You will be accountable for whether the thing worked — not whether the task closed. That means arguing with the brief when the brief is wrong, and staying with a problem past the point where a hand-off would have been convenient.

02

Small team, wide surface

There is no layer between you and the decision. You will talk to clients, shape the scope, and see the consequences of your own judgement inside the same quarter. That is the trade: more exposure, less cover.

03

Craft is the deliverable

We are a studio, and studios are judged on taste. Details that a client would never itemise are exactly the ones we sweat. If shipping something mediocre would be faster, we would rather it were slower.

04

Ship early, then sharpen

Nothing improves in a document. We put work in front of real use as soon as it is honest to do so, then refine against what actually happens instead of what we assumed would.

05

Specialists who read the whole system

We hire depth — a real discipline, practised seriously. But you have to be able to see how your module affects the other four, because at Growix they are not separable.

06

Say the true thing early

About a deadline, a bad estimate, a client request that will not work. Bad news travels fast here and costs nothing. Discovering it late costs everything.

Open tracks

Every track,
permanently open.

These are pipelines, not dated postings. We review applications continuously across all five modules of the Growth System and open a seat when the person is right — so an application is never early and never late.

The process

What happens
after you apply.

Published in full, because a hiring process you cannot see is a hiring process that wastes your time. Five steps, no surprise rounds, and the working session is paid.

01

Apply

Send work, not a cover letter. Links, repos, decks, campaigns — whatever shows how you think. We reply either way, within seven days.

02

Intro call

Thirty minutes, direct with a founder. You learn what the engagement actually looks like; we learn where your judgement comes from. Both directions.

03

Paid working session

A scoped piece of real work, paid at your rate. We do not run unpaid test projects and we do not keep what you produce unless you are hired.

04

System conversation

You meet the people whose modules touch yours. Less interview, more the first working session you would have on a live engagement.

05

Offer

Scope, rate, and expectations in writing before you decide. No exploding deadlines, no pressure to answer on the call.

No track that fits?

Tell us what
you'd run.

The five modules are how we organise the work, not a limit on who we will talk to. If you do something we clearly need and have not listed, make the case — that argument is itself a decent sample of your thinking.
