Growix (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, company name, the service and budget you select, and your message. When you apply for a role, we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give us — phone number, location, links, your message, and the documents you attach (such as a CV or work samples). We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide the services you've requested, assess job applications, and occasionally send relevant updates about Growix (you can opt out at any time). We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use it for targeted advertising.
Legal basis
For visitors in the European Economic Area and the UK, our legal basis for processing your data is either your consent (where given), the performance of a contract (for clients), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (for applicants), or our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely. We use reputable service providers with appropriate data protection measures. Data may be stored outside your country; where this is the case, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
Retention
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up. Job applications and attached documents are kept for up to 12 months so we can consider you for future openings, then deleted — or sooner if you ask. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for as long as required by applicable law or legitimate business purposes.
Your rights

Cookies
This website uses minimal cookies — primarily to ensure the site functions correctly. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party providers to operate this website: Hostinger hosts the site, and messages and applications you send through our forms are delivered by email through Titan, our email provider. The 3D visual on our homepage loads from Spline's servers only if you choose to activate it. Each provider is subject to their own privacy policy, and we only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
