You will design and integrate AI features into client products and operations — and prove, with evaluation, that they work. The job is as much about choosing where not to use AI as where to use it.

Key responsibilities
- Identify AI use cases with a measurable business outcome.
- Integrate LLMs and AI services into existing applications.
- Build retrieval pipelines, prompts and guardrails.
- Design evaluation sets and report on model quality and cost.
- Harden AI features for production reliability.
Required skills & qualifications
- Production software engineering experience (Python or TypeScript).
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into real products.
- Understanding of retrieval, evaluation and prompt design.
- Pragmatism about cost, latency and failure modes.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with vector databases and agent frameworks.
