You will analyse how client businesses actually operate and redesign processes for efficiency, working with our automation engineers to implement the changes.
This is an evergreen track — a permanently open talent pipeline rather than a dated vacancy. We review applications continuously and open a seat when we meet the right person.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse operational processes with client teams.
- Identify efficiency and quality opportunities.
- Develop improvement recommendations.
- Support process redesign and roll-out.
- Measure results after implementation.
Required skills & qualifications
- Experience in process improvement, operations or consulting.
- Process-mapping skills.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Clear documentation.
Preferred qualifications
- Lean or Six Sigma training.
