You will assess legacy applications, plan staged modernisation and carry it out safely, keeping systems compatible while their foundations change.

Key responsibilities
- Assess existing applications and their dependencies.
- Design staged modernisation and migration plans.
- Refactor and modernise application components.
- Support data and system migrations.
- Maintain compatibility and stability during upgrades.
Required skills & qualifications
- Experience working on large, long-lived codebases.
- Experience leading at least one significant migration or re-platforming.
- Comfort with older and modern technology stacks.
- Patience and rigour.
