Role overview
You will find the most expensive manual work in a client's operation and replace it with automation that is reliable, observable and easy to change. Most engagements combine workflow tools, integrations between business systems and small amounts of custom code.
This is an evergreen track — a permanently open talent pipeline rather than a dated vacancy. We review applications continuously and open a seat when we meet the right person.
Key responsibilities
- Map client processes and identify the automation opportunities with the clearest payback.
- Build and orchestrate workflows across business systems and SaaS tools.
- Write scripts and small services where off-the-shelf tools fall short.
- Add logging and alerting so failures are caught before they reach the client.
- Hand over documented, maintainable automations.
Required skills & qualifications
- Proven experience building workflow automation for business operations.
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript).
- A habit of measuring the time or cost an automation actually saves.
- Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n or Workato.
- Exposure to AI-assisted automation.
